I am sure this has been discussed multiple times, but here it goes....

In your opinion, what is the best Players Club (Vegas)? Specifically, I am looking to get comped or heavily discounted rooms. And I am looking for quality rooms. Not necessarily top notch, but don't want to stay in a dump either.

I prefer many of the MGM properties that start with M, but I don't seem to be getting any good offers. Maybe I don't know how to ask.

make sense?

thoughts?

Thanks,

Your question can't be answered without more information. Your level of play would be a good start.

Let's assume two scenarios:
1) M Life Pearl level (or equivalent )
2) M Life High Saphire level (or equivalent)

That doesn't tell us anything. He asked about your level of play, which is the most important thing.

You will get diddly squat from MLife in terms of room offers with those options. I am a Pearl player with MLife and I can't get a free room at the Luxor or Excalibur on a Thursday night.

If you want free and deeply discounted rooms on the strip, go with Total Rewards. With similar action I regularly get free rooms at Flamingo/Bally's/Harrah's/Quad (getting close to 'dump' here though). And occasional free rooms at a nicer place like Paris. This is with a similar level of action that has gotten me said diddly squat at Mlife properties. Mlife is really only good if you are a high roller. If you are, then you will get nice rooms free. If you aren't, yeah. Diddly squat.

If you don't mind staying downtown or in Hendertucky, one of the smaller chains (Boyd, Stations) would very much appreciate your action as well. But I have not stayed at any of those properties yet, so I don't have first hand experience.

Lastly, I am a table games only player. YMMV, especially if you play machines.

I think it really depends what type of play you did to get to your tier.

Even when I was pearl and gold, I used to get free rooms. They were at the Monte Carlo, but they were free.

Now I'm platinum and I get free suites at any m-life casino. But, I know other people who are platinum who don't get this, and I also know that some platinum players get a lot more than I do.

In short, it's not your tier that determines your offers, it's your play.

I red chip at Boyd and Silverton for more free rooms than I can use; green chipping at the Cosmo is landing me any-day offers and tournament invites. (Irritatingly though, 10+ hours at 25-50 still isn't enough to get a 30$ buffet...)

MLife seems notoriously bad, from what I've read...

Thank you for the information. You are sort of confirming what I have feared.
