Web programmer wanted

I'm looking to modernize and better monetize my Odds site. I need somebody who is both artistic and a very strong PHP programmer. Income from the site is way down so the ideal candidate should be good at monetizing traffic. No insult to JB, who is an outstanding coder, but neither of us have much business sense when it comes to running a site.

This is not a thread to tell me how much my site sucks and to give a long list of suggestions. I just want to know if any forum members would be interested in the job. PM me if you're interested.

Was this position ever filled? I am mostly asking for curiosity's sake.

I wish I were the person for the job, but I would fit in JB's role better than this potential job. I'm also a good coder and know my fair bit about web technologies, but I'm not an expert at SEO and maximizing ad revenue.
