Ilani tribal casino in La Center, Washington, the closest casino to weed-loving Portland, Oregon, opened up a dispensary at the casino on 4/20.

While they do seem to have a few smoke shops on property, the hotel and casino appear to be 100% smoke free.

Several full-time RVers have told me Washington has, by far, the cheapest weed. They also say Idaho is unbelievably anti-weed with troopers tearing apart rv's looking for weed if they suspect one might have some.
The difference between fiction and reality is that fiction is supposed to make sense.

My glimpse from the highway suggested that the dispensary appears far more legitimate than the tobacco shop. Brick and Mortar vs converted sea-can.
