There are two distinct hotels there - the Peppermill towers are crappy and smoky. The Tuscany is far, far, far better, with smoke free floors, much nicer bedding, marble bathrooms, and general luxury.
PepperMill casino itself is nice but I wouldn't go far to say it was anything close to Bellagio/Wynn/Venice, but more of Mirage / TI / Ballys experience. Lots of good VP and good odds on most games, much better than what you could find on the strip and far better than what any CET property would ever offer. Loyalty program is pretty good and they have lots of promotions and free nights back then.
Pepper mill has nice rooms strictly in the new tower. The sports book is really nice byt lower limits . The restaurants are sub par to say the least - when comparing to Vegas food it does not hold a candle. Vp has great pay tables. Comps are decent promotions are terrible as well as any offers are not even worth mentioning. Service was good and they have a great homemade chip which in the lobby coffee - gelato stand. Have a great clothing store with name brands that accept your comps - but other then that nothing to do besides gamble. Won't have any luck with strip clubs as the one down the strip is terrible. Also don't try and find female company as they are worse then any city in the country . Not that I have but cough cough don't use Eros or backpage in Reno period
Are you referring to police stings or just "dogs".
