i'm thinking $50k range. I can survive till retirement on that salary.

What easy jobs are there that pay in that range? (i'll be willing to goto a 2yr community college to get the degree or certificate.)

Current sinecures are usually found at Middle Management levels of state government often thru entry programs for established business executives.

Some telecommunications executives springboard their rapidly obsolescing knowledge and experience into technical oversight of state Information Processing Policy Groups that are do nothing entities that rubber stamp major contracts.

At the local level, local Public Utility Districts usually have do nothing jobs available.

If you have any pension finance background, a good many public employee groups are trying to not only take their pensions with them but to take out of the general pool some assets that will fund their pensions but leave later retirees to the remaining assets and the mercy of the bankruptcy judges.

Professional Independent Review Firms often need to hire signatories if you have any medical data quality review background and know how to nod your head all day long like a Chinese Judge.

The states rob citizen wealth. However, you could do like I did and get a Federal job for over twice that pay. Though, it may require a four year degree.

Are those kind of jobs even available? I know 4 recent
college grads and only 1 found a job. And thats because
the guy who hired him is a friend of his fathers. The
rest are living at home and are sitting on huge student
loans.

I interact with folks about their job situations as part of my profession (employment attorney). Met a lot of people in all walks of life and have formed a couple opinions on this topic.

The biggest money for the least amount of education is probably medical sales, i.e. drug and medical equipment reps. Though today it likely takes a 4-yr. degree to walk into such a position.

To make $50K/yr. with a two-year degree or less is doable, but not overly common. The jobs I see most often where this kind of money is being made by folks who do not have 4-year degrees is in the entertainment/leisure industry. Waiters make this kind of money in higher-end establishments. You must work the weekend evenings to do this well, but that can leave quite a bit of leisure time during the rest of the week. Bartenders can as well. I met a waitress from a casino here in the Midwest recently who was pulling down $60K, much of it undeclared. Casino dealers can make this level of compensation also.
