Last year there were 109 women who competed. 25 women completed the race in 15:20 or less !

I did 200 flights today at the gym. No special eating plans, to be honest with you.

It will be fun I have done this event here in Denver. The challenge is moving past the slow people. I wish Denver had a building over 50 floors I would love to do the 80 your about to do.
