Fremont street canopy screen narrower than before?

I think the old screen looks better even with lower resolution. The Circa building blocked part of the screen, which caused the entire screen to be narrower, a big chunk of screen on both sides never lit up because of this.

I've been downtown once since I moved from Vegas almost five years ago and I didn't care for it.
