I experienced that revelation on my 30th birthday.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

Thank you for the additional kind birthday sentiments. No points lost for being late (as I usually am giving them). Given the circumstances, it wasn't far off an ordinary day. However, I shouldn't complain. Others have much bigger problems than not having a birthday party.
