I think there is a great argument for Hawaii. Forget even the amount of tourism lost but with how isolated those islands are I would tend to think there are some fairly major disruptions to the supply chain getting products over there

Hawaii as a state, I'm sure its got to be right at the top. I think you still have to self quarantine for 2 weeks if you go there. I would like to see their numbers.

Why would a state do something that actually works? It seems un-American.
