Hi everybody,

I know it’s a long shot but I figure I’d try.
Looking to rent a warehouse in vegas with the following parameters.

1). Around 1,800-3,000 sqfeet
2). Within 15 mins of maccaran airport
3). Loading dock would be preferred but I could make due with just a grade level roll up door.
4) Need the majority of the space to be straight warehouse with high celigings for storage racks. Commercial office space w/ 10ft celgings wont work.

Warehouse would be used for inventory receiving, warehousing and order fulfillment.

If you guys have anything that fits the bill, PM me.

Thanks

Best of luck. Keep me in mind if you have an extra 500-1,000 feet.

I used to have a warehouse in an area called Park 2000 right by the airport. It is less than 5 minutes to the airport at the east end of runway 25.

Do you remember what the rent and CAM's were?

Also how many sqfeet and how long ago was this?

Thanks!

Sorry, I do not remember what the rates were as it was about ten years ago. My unit had a couple of offices and some warehouse space. I know they charged different rates per sq ft for the office space and the warehouse space. If being close to the airport is important to you, Park 2000 is a great area.

I have looked there. The spaces and prices aren't bad, but the units were too big for my purposes. They might be a good fit.
