I will be staying in Vegas for 6 months starting late March or early April. I have searched online for places to stay. Any suggestions please?
I am thinking of sharing a house with other people and sharing all expense. How much would a 4 bedroom house cost in expenses please? I mean what do I expect to pay? Thanks in advance.
P.S. I did a short 2 day scouting trip last month and I liked it. Weather was good. Not hot but comfortable. Roads was wide and straight. A very good impression.

Of course it was a good impression; it was only two days so there was novelty and it sure was not June July and August when its too hot for even hitting the outdoor pool or using the barbeque or to come home to a sauna and have to turn on the AC manually.

Good luck though.

I have done this in another city. Just look for rooms for rent/shared on craiglist. Easiest way to do it and your liability is for just the rent for your room. Perfect for short to medium term needs.

It's all going to be about your taste and lifestyle. If you want to live in a nice area or if you live in a bad area. What section of town do you want? Are you moving to hang out at casinos or get an office job? Will you have a car? What is you age demographic?

BTW, I like Las Vegas and the hot is only bad if you happen to be outdoors.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

I am a snowbird. Most likely hanging at race and sports book. Relax at various casino (not gambling). Just need a safe and clean place to stay. Nothing fancy.

Snowbirds visit for the winter, not the summer.
