Quote: 777I recalled on the Trump 100 Days thread you exuberantly and profoundly elevated the racist, rapist, sexist, scam artist and con man Trump to God status because the stock market had just risen to some high % within just few wees/months of his presidency. It makes me wonder if you truly understand the stock market.
Yes, GLXZ jumped 5.7% today, but only 20,000 shares were dated. GLXZ is a penny stock with very low liquidity can can be very easily manipulated to extreme up side and/or down side, so today's price action on GLXZ is meaningless. Do you understand the stock market?
We have mentioned before that bringing political stances and attacks into non-political threads was not acceptable. However, the post is nearly all specific to the topic and the thread, and the topic is unavoidably at least partly political. This was still a gratuitous shot at SOOPOO to some extent. Warning to 777. Confine that rudeness, preferably less rudely, to political threads. Thank you.
Quote: Zcore13I don't trust that article. Writer seems a little biased. I know Galaxy has been licensed in multiple States and no denials denials since California. That doesn't seem like regulatory issues dogging him wherever he goes. I'm not saying he doesn't have a shaky past. He is both the reason Galaxy succeeds, while at the same time can't reach its full potential......ZCore13
I hear what you are saying Z, but this decision by NV seems like a bigger deal than CA back in 2013 and that wasn't a small deal either. Galaxy is appealing the 2013 CA decision and I think at this point that appeal has no chance of reversing the 2013 CA finding for non-suitability. In fact, I bet the CA commission is feeling vindicated by NV's decision.
I have no details on what the "shaky past" consists of, but I do know what disclosure is required of Regulators to get a table game distributor license, I am sure there is even more disclosure required to get an unrestricted gaming equipment manufacturer's license. The Regulators are requesting full disclosure of all financial, tax and legal dealings in the past and there are clearly items that NV says are problems...or at a minimum have not been adequately addressed in the process. A process which has been going on for several years, so non-adequate disclosure at this point seems unrealistic. This outcome has to impact future licensing in other jurisdictions and may get regulators in current jurisdictions re-asking questions. Washington comes to mind as they already had their sites set on Galaxy back in 2012. I do believe that Gaming Regulators around the country keep track of NGCB and actions they take related to operators, distributors & manufacturer's.
All that being said, I don't fully trust the article anymore than I trust any media report these days. But I do trust the fact that after years of an Application Process, Galaxy isn't being approved in NV for an unrestricted license and decided to withdraw the application instead of being denied one...that isn't a positive outcome anyway you slice it.
You mentioned something about your comments which were offensive (as pointed out by 3 or 4 posters including green BBB) as being your 'style'. I think you would get taken more seriously if you just kept to the points you are trying to make without childishly adding 'the racist, bigoted, rapist....etc... In each and every post you make. It is so easy to go after Trump on the facts and issues that you diminish your own arguments with your infantile comments.
As far as me idolizing Trump, you obviously can't interpret my comments in any way correctly. I am not happy he is our President. I am happy the stock market is up substantially, and I believe HRC would have been bad for the market and America in general. People, like terapined, consistently make mention that the President has no effect on their daily lives. As an old guy who has been in the market for decades, this last bump up has allowed me to hit my number which will allow me to go half time. This affects my life greatly in a positive way. So, even though Trump has a gazillion flaws, I stand by my comments that having him as President is better for me for sure, and the U.S., than if HRC had won. So, as EB would say, the most important aspect of having DJT as prez is that it is not HRC.
"Galaxy Gaming, Inc. (OTC:GLXZ), announced today that Todd P. Cravens, the Company’s Vice President of Business Development, has succeeded Galaxy’s founder, Robert B. Saucier, as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Saucier remains with the Company as a Director and has been appointed to the position of Executive Vice President of Business Development and Chief Product Officer."
I wonder how much of this shuffle is actual job function shuffling, or just job title shuffling, in order to re-apply for that manufacturing license.
I also wonder what it means to me and my agreement with Galaxy for them to market my Poker For Roulette side bet....
ZCore13
I don't see them producing shuffles. Way too much manpower needed to service them.
