Line on how many years Kwame gets in Detroit?

THE ex mayor of Detroit gets sentenced next week for his crimes while in office. The state argued for 28 years ...the mayors lawyer says 15 is more like it.
Is there a line on this in Vegas? I'll take over 26 years for a million Krugurrands

I live in MI, I've been following this turkey for years.
Talk about a movie, somebody has to tell this guy's
story. Elected mayor at 32, he broke every law there
was to break, him and his wife, and flaunted it, laughed
about it. He's already been in jail twice, and is now going
back till he's in his 60's.
