Holy crap, if even half the stuff this guy is accused of is true, he's toast
in Nevada. Sounds like a con man's con man.

'We'd look at that and find whether there's an issue related to the company in Nevada in terms of integrity or suitability, Nevada State Gaming Control Board Chairman A.G. Burnett said. If the denial in the other jurisdiction means the same thing as a denial here, we certainly have the ability to take action against that company in one form or another, depending on what the denial is.'

Latest Recommendations from msn.com finance: Galaxy Gaming is a Strong Buy.

I think the Vegas Inc article is the opposite of a puff piece, - a hatchet job. Ancient history long since properly resolved, stirring up old accusations with what are essentially personal character attacks. What I find strange is that a derogatory opinion of our CEO was lodged way back in 2002, was utterly and operationally immaterial for over a decade, - and it now appears in this article today in 2013.
Galaxy Gaming is a very well-run and forward-looking company, in full compliance with every regulation required of Galaxy. Everything's proper, and any examination of Galaxy will bear this out.

If Mr. Saucier sells all his shares ($0.25 ea, not too high) to Derek Webb who is a big creditor of Galaxy Gaming (sold Prime Table Games to GG for $xx M), and the Board elects someone else (say Paigowdan) as the CEO, then Galaxy Gaming can do business in CA and everywhere else, Right?

And you know this how, exactly. You've worked there a
few months and you're privy to all the inside info? How
is that possible, Dan.

Sounds like this related to issues in the late 90's in Washington State.

I am not going to pretend I know anything beyond these two articles, my point is that I would be really concerned about this is I were a shareholder.

Edit: The Sun article has been expanded since I first read it. Those are some serious allegations, no business license for four years, lying about his education, financial issues and more - WOW.

I've been in the industry before going to Galaxy, and saw how they operated, which was very professionally and fairly. Currently, as their manager of table game development, I work with each state's gaming commission to keep us and our games in compliance, and all products and claims as to these products are 100% accurate as seen with my own eyes in my own office at Galaxy. I attend all company-shareholder conference calls along with Mr. Saucier, the CFO and other department managers, - and every statement, claim, and future plan announcement made are accurate as it relates to every project, plan, and dollar. From personal experience working there, I can say that I have personally worked on or seen these exact projects and in progress there, and as stated, all done with integrity and transparency. No problem at all with Galaxy concerning their products and business transactions. That's how.

A lot of the stuff thrown at Rob Saucier is pre-Galaxy claims, or extra-curricular items (child support, old DUI statuses, Claims about the casino he ran eons ago and supposedly resolved, or some derogatory complaints from an ex-employee of his from 14 years ago, etc.)

Galaxy has been approved to do business in multiple States since all of this stuff happened/came out. The most recent a few months ago if I recall. One State holding old stuff against him isn't going to do much damage, I wouldn't think.

If this is all much ado about nothing as Dan claims, why is Burnett even commenting on it. He more than anybody would know these are false accusations. Why get involved at all.

I don't think it's much to do about nothing. All of the reported information is probably accurate and much of it is probably true. As much as Dan wants to protect him right now and as much as I'd like it to not be so because I own stock, Mr Saucier has been described as "shady" in his past more than once.

The two things about it are, one, almost everything is from years and years ago. If it's possible to turn over a new leaf, it seems he has. And two, these allegations have been known in the industry for many years and as I mentioned, other States have continued to approve Galaxy Gaming for business and Galaxy is thriving with no problems anywhere they do business.

I don't think there is any doubt he made mistakes, pretty big ones. I can't even say with 100% certainty that he's totally trustable now, but money cures a lot of ills, and his company is making money now. I don't see his license being approved by the California Commission. But, I don't think the California issue will have any bearing on his Nevada licence when it's all said and done, nor will it affect other States if he is truthful on those applications, which it looks like he has been doing in the recent past.
