I recently asked for my let it ride hand history because the payouts after a long period of time seemed so far below normal.
the odds of a 4 of a kind are approx 1 in 4100, and Str Flush 1 in 77,000.
in the past 16,000 hands i have not had a 4 of a kind, and in 10 years...yes...10 years, i have not had a straight flush. taking average play, that would be about 700,000- 800,000 hands. I have asked youwager, and they feel the payouts are normal.
has anyone else experienced this. their claim is the DGS software is 3rd party, but so were the others that were found faulty and corrupt.

Okay, the first thing about the 4OaK is that you have a probability of (.00024), so the probability of going 0-for-16000 is:
(1-.00024)^16000 = 0.02148369779 which is 2.148369779% or 1/0.02148369779 = 1 in 46.5469217532
While that certainly sucks, running badly on that result to the tune of 1 in 46.5 is less than alarming.
Can you give me a more accurate idea of how many plays without a straight flush? The combined probability is .000014, so 800,000 hands without one or more is:
(1-.000014)^800000 = 0.00001367312 or 1/0.00001367312 = 1 in 73136.1971518
That's a little more interesting, but if it is only 400,000 hands:
(1-.000014)^400000 = 0.00369771876 or 1/0.00369771876 = 1 in 270.437
That's a lot less interesting, so any way to figure out the precise number of hands without a straight flush?
Secondly, have you hit any Royals in that ten years?
So I would say 700,000 hands without a royal or straight flush is conservative and a little troubling.
I have asked the site to look at hand history, and they sent me 2 months worth. When I shared with them the result, they said it was not a big enough sample size. So I asked for more and it has been radio silence.
The site has admittedly had errors before, one that effected me that I had to do screenshots of to prove, and a simple google search can show u the others...so I don't feel like I am coming up with a big conspiracy here. They have generally been fair, but I feel they are putting their head in the sand on this one

The two months worth size isn't a big enough sample size, like I said, 1 in 46.55 isn't enough to prove anything. You'll have to find some way of getting the history from all play, or, at least, a few years.

You just need a longer hand history. Can we look at the results for all hands in that 15,000 and see how the rest of it looks? I'd be particularly interested in FH's, Flushes and Straights.
The site claims it is soooo hard for them to pull more. Where can I forward?
