Talk about bad rewards points WOW!!!

I looked at the payoffs and the PICK'EM is 6000 for a Royal at 5 coins
1195 for the straight flush
90 for a fullhouse
forget the rest( will take another photo when I go back)

On top of this I got real bad service at the REWARDS COUNTER when I went to get a replacement card.... one other guy in line so I got in behind him to wait... gold card line instead of using the DIAMOND line.... well two workers with DIAMOND signs in front sat talking away with each other ignoring the two of us in the poor folks line so I said excuse me to the fella in front and walked over to the guy that was doing most of the talking place my drivers license down and asked for a new card. Guess he didn't like me interrupting his conversation as he never said a word picked up my license punched in the info, made a new card , handed it to me and never even said ONE WORD. Customer service at its finest....hoping they send me a email for my thoughts on this visit

To top that off the casino last night was a mess. It seems they must have laidoff all the janitors and most of the beverage folks too. So many empty cups laying all over the machines on any spot you could place them down. Really not what I expect when I hit Caesars Windsor

On the plus side the slot attendant that paid me off on my last 4 ACES WITH A KICKER walked by and stopped to welcome me home, asking how things were going out in Alberta . Very nice friendly lady unlike the fella at the REWARDS COUNTER.

What are Ontario's payback rules? Does it need to be $80/point so that it's not over the maximum allowable return?

whats the payback on a 8/5 ddb machine? You play it on that same game maker machine and only get 1 credit for every 16 hands played for $5 a spin

I think they should send all Canadian Casino employees to Vegas for training in customer service. Actually a lot of service employees in Ontario (restaurants stores etc ) do not know what good service means. Expect tips but do not earn them.

Naw. They had some FPPickums ($.50) at Niagara that earned 1 point for $60 brining the payback to +.11% machine. Those machines were hammered and eventually removed. The same machines were at Seneca so Niagara put them in for competition, then took them back out when Seneca took them out. Great Blue Heron then had them for awhile at the $1 level but I wasn't sure what the $/point was.

Slots 85% minimum; Video Poker 88% minimum; no maximum

Ontario's rules also tie-in volatility limits (I have never seen this before), and more volatile games are required to have higher minimum paybacks than 85%/88%.

Don't know. We have a couple 40/10/6 DDB on the other side of the river at the $5 and $10 level, 99.6% with .33% cash back.

You mean 99.96% w/0.33% cash back, I think. Nice if you have a giant bankroll. In Michigan games >100% are illegal, hence the 40 on the SF instead of 50.
