Not that level of play, the desire of a casino host to make his or her quarterly objective, or the color of a player's club card would ever make a difference in how he is treated (No... that never happens).
Suppose a high-rolling party of six books itself into a casino, and they all want to play at the same table - be it craps, blackjack or roulette?
Suppose Mrs. Dick, spouse of Titanium-Level Moby Dick, has, let's just say, a "respiratory ailment" that makes a mask "unpleasant?"
Moby and his friends are all smokers, and the regulations say that you must keep your mask on, at all times.
Maybe the average high-level player will want MORE in the level of supposed safety offered by the new rules. I imagine that this will not present any issues - someone wants to follow the rules strictly, with no wink-wink-nod-nod to any of them, For those people, no issues, no problems. They, and the casino, play by the book.
But if you have come to expect special treatment, you can demonstrate that you've come to play at a level that has always received special treatment, are the casinos going to refuse to take your business because you don't like plexiglass and a new set of dice every time they pass to another player?
A stroll through the high-limit pits at your local establishment might be interesting.

It's gonna depend on the amount of heat the casino can expect from the local health department. Maybe they can gate off a reserved room or set of tables. Dealers do what they're told. It can become political with the mask/anti-mask crowds facing off and toggling a decision by a casino to violate a Governor's orders. I would think the crew would try to get a working system going that they can expect to rely on for the next 2-5 years while we wait for an illusory vaccine or end to this virus. All these casinos are gonna have to find ways to get a holiday from paying the mortgage on their buildings for years.

Ugh, this hurts me. I could absolutely see casinos bending policy measures for whales. I DO believe they'll make efforts to gain customers. I've gotten mailers mentioning waived resort fees, which really surprised me, especially considering my low tier at the place. I'd predict minor marketing and promo changes, but that's about it.
