So, here in Las Vegas, the protest tonight is on the strip. A couple hours ago when it started it seemed pretty peaceful. Cops even appeared to be "escorting" protestors up the strip. The local news isn't covering the protest either on the TV or online, so I am assuming there are no issues like last night downtown. It is early though, only 9pm here. We will see what happens.

But with all the looting in cities from coast to coast, Boston, Philadelphia, New York, right across the country to California cities there has to be concerns about opening up casinos before this settles down. Reno had some looting last night. Can you imagine if Casinos were open and these thugs that seem to take over these protests after dark, run in, knocking over people and tables grabbing chips. Casino security isn't trained or equipped to handle this kind of thing. I just don't know how you re-open casinos right in the middle of this. I wouldn't be surprised if they postponed Las Vegas casino openings a week.

Cops are doing a lot of politically incorrect things this week, like shooting at reporters. Should probably check their gang signs and see if they match up with Power Rangers or something.

In my opinion, cops and national guards aren't doing enough politically incorrect things. This is ridiculous. I just watched a Bank of América get broken into in one city with dozens of thugs getting inside. In another city, two guys, happened to be white guys in their 20's used crowbars to take an ATM out of the wall and were in the process of breaking into it. The looting that has taken place in Philadelphia, New York and California cities all day long is ridiculous. As an American, it's embarrassing.

These aren't people peacefully protesting anything as we all have a right to do in this country. These are people coming to a "peaceful protest" with spray paint, devices to start fires, crowbars, bolt cutters and baseball bats to break into and loot stores. These aren't protestors, they are thugs and criminals and should be treated as such.

So with all the curfews in place where are all the people yelling they refuse to be locked down?

When the stay at home orders are to protect from riots it's okay. But not from the Coronavirus?

Las Vegas has about 1/2 the number of police as Los Angeles, which is pretty good for the amount of area coverage.
Quasimodo? Does that name ring a bell?

You’re comparing 14 hours per day vs 1-2 hours a day to take a walk/jog or go grocery shopping.
