Not the PPP program, but my accountant says I can qualify for two other programs. I had already applied for an SBA loan and a Rural Redevelopment grant before this but these new programs have swamped the lenders.
We got thru September 11th, got thru Sandy and we'll get thru this. My biggest losses from this has been my portfolio. My building is paid for, and I have more money than I need. It's funny but years ago, I saved up a $1,000 emergency fund. Then I slowly built up three months worth of estimated expenses for a rainy day. My plan was to reward myself with that $1,000 when I had $10,000 in the bank, but I never did. I tapped into it a few weeks ago and am still using that without hitting the safety net money, which has more than doubled. I'm also eight months from Social Security so I'm not worried yet.
What sucks is this was supposed to be a proof of concept and it may be stillborn.

Arrive at course. "We changed our minds, no golf carts, walkers only." No email notification. No call (I'm in their computer and they have my number). They wouldn't even let you use their pull carts.
I wish the course wasn't a nice track, and very close to my home. I hate the management there... I've complained about other stupid things before....
So I carried a 30 pound? bag on my back for the approximately 7 mile walk. My putting was like a blind man with Parkinson's.... I'm blaming the carrying....... (not really)
It's funny how much stuff seem extraneous when you have to carry your own bags.

You need a quiver. 3W, 3I, 7I and putter. Anything more is superfluous.

I think i have about 16 clubs in my bag.

I'm sticking to my theory about who seems to be nonchalant about all this and ignore the social distancing.
Quote: SOOPOOMinor rant time. Went GOLFING! on Saturday as we had our one nice weather day. Course has on line tee times. States $25 for walking, $30 for cart. Social distancing in effect; each person gets his own cart. I receive a thank you email for making the tee time, and then a second reminder email as well.

Call ahead to confirm details during cv19. :)
I could not walk a course right now with a full bag. What kind of bag do you have and how many sleeves of balls did you have with you?

No wedge? And how many golf balls?

That is the least important of the many rules I break on the golf course.
