Strange private message - “PA Skills”

ok let me restate my opinion... its the type of establishments and the type of people that play those machines... in my area it is usually people who are poor and really shouldnt be playing any type of slot machine because thats what it is. it is a VLT and the skills that are required are not very apparent. ive tried a couple of them and it doesnt have the same feel as a slot machine at all. and the type of establishments that have these are bars that are really crappy. these machines sometimes have to be hidden in back rooms because there is like one manufacturer whos games have been certified by GLI apparently.

For the record, I posted the original private message for two reasons.
1- I was dumbfounded why I was the recipient of the message - unless it was sent to a bunch of members. If so, why keep it private?
Note: I have no clue what PA Skills is. Still don't - although now my curiosity is up.
2- I was also confused why it was a private message at all. If the original person has posted it, as I did, they would have gotten an answer, as they eventually did due to my post.
Bottom line, sigh, why did I have to get involved?

I’ve seen them in sketchy bars and gas stations around PA. It’s never a quality establishment.

My understanding is that you can get to 100% return with perfect play but it’s damn near impossible.

I’ve never played one. Look at Mission’s description in the thread I linked.
I think they are a legal gray area so it’s always a crappy bar or gas station. Wawa is not installing these.
