Probably $1 9/6 JOB; $2 if they had it. Max bet.

Better check the rules of your free slot play first... most of those do not allow play on 9/6 JOB (or ANY video poker mind you).

If that's the case, I would play a 2-coin dollar slot, hitting the cash out button anytime I got paid. No particular reason, just think it would be fun if you do hit a jackpot to get paid big time.

Good luck!

Ibeat, Greektown will not let you use your freeplay on 9/6 JOB. The only machines you can use it on do not give the full-coin bonus for the royal. See my latest blog post for depressing details on this.

I've only used free play I've been given when signing up for a player card. Last May I got some from Golden Nugget ($5) and Wynn ($10). At the Nugget only some machines accept free play at all, and I dind't find any VP that did. At Wynn all machines take free play, including all VPs.

Back on my first trip I won $10 free play at the Sahara (you get a daily pull at a promo machine wiht Sahara Club membership). I was so green I just did as the instructions flier said and redeemed the free play at the first slot I saw (some generic multiline nickel slot); I didn't even know VP back then! I think I won some money, but I'm not sure of even that much.

I thought people were informed here. Freeplay is good on all vp machines at every casino in Las Vegas that offers it, including GN downtown. You get $100 in freeplay at Sams Town, Sunset Station or the Palms and want to play 25c FPDW? You can do it. The only stipulation is it must be fully played at least one time before cashing out. Not a tough concept to understand. And why worry about how many coins the royal pays. You won't hit one anyway, and if you do then just thank your lucky stars you got whatever it DID pay out.
