What is the deal with the female Chinese dealers at El Cortez? Long ago, I notice that they have a disproportionately high number of female Chinese dealers. I am using the term 'Chinese' here instead of Asian, because according to the name tags they are all from China. This morning as I looked a round the pit, every single dealer at every single game was a Chinese female. Does anyone know how it has come to be that they have such a disproportionately high number of Chinese female dealers?

Well, we all know what the Chinese do when it rains.

I have no idea, I only paid attention to the Craps crew at my table when I was there, only one of five (substitutions) was female at all, but she was Chinese.

I'm a bigot so I have the right answer. I just
can't say it publicly.

Yeah, you have always been afraid to express your opinion.
