Borgata just awarded a tax assessment refund of $48million - other casinos surely to follow - the city of Atlantic City claims this will bankrupt the city

How could you tell if AC was bankrupt, what would be different.

I think anyone who's been to AC recently would agree that the city has little, if any, pull with the casinos. Want evidence of this?...look around.
