Downtown Project - Very good article Las Vegas Review Journal

Just on a whim decided to click on Las Vegas Review Journal and saw an article about the Downtown Project Las Vegas.
Clicked on it and wow, very long , 10 chapters.
Just finished it, very well written and very even handed.
Many are thrilled with what's going on, some are not.
I love downtown, will be there in 4 weeks for a 5 nite stay and then another trip 21dec for 4 nites in Vegas.
Anyway check out the article, I really enjoyed reading it.
