A few updates in here and also a comment from Bob Dancer. Aaron and CCT did some homework for this story by asking for more info from the DGE. Naturally they were denied.

This is the first good article I've read on the situation. He gets most of the important points and probably did more work than all other media combined on this issue. To everyone saying gaming would have taken care of all the problems quickly, well there is your answer. They are essentially doing nothing.
