Hi to all,
Couldn't find a decent forum on the whole net for my Question and i found this forum at the wizardofodds website. Thinking that there would be knowledgeable people then me about the issue.
Here is the challenge
6/9 DDBonus game at montecarlo at 1$, 1 or 3 play. 1250$/night budget. Could 200.000 tier credits be achieved by being not so unlucky ?
250$/night budget for accelerated tier credit win at slots. Which slot to play ? anyone any ideas on slots that pay less more frequently? or should i skip the slots and add the 250$ to VP play.?
is this whole scenario possible in you opinion?
More info: Already a platinum member so %30 more points. And i play with 98% accuracy on "video poker for winners" software for the above DDB game.
Thanks for your time.

I think Video Poker Winners has a function where you can see what the likelihood of a bankroll lasting for x amount of hands is. My rough calculation shows that you would have to play the single line game for 310 hours, assuming you play 1,000 hands per hour to get $1.55 million coin in to earn 200,000 tier credits. Additionally, I calculate an expected loss of about $20,000 assuming perfect play.

Thanks for your info and time.
About the coin-in: i think that the figure you gave is for points (for pointplay), not tier credits. You earn 10 tier credits for a point according to Mlife website.

Edit: Not Freeplay Should be Pointplay.

In that case you can divide the numbers I gave you by 10. It will take 31 hours instead of 310 and the expected loss would be $2,000 with perfect play. I would practice between now and then to get above 98% accuracy. I personally wouldn't play until I was at least 99.5% accurate. Also, other MLife Casinos may have games that have a higher return, offering you a better chance to make your goal. Good luck!

i know that i need improvement on my play. there are some TDB (5$) games that have a higher return but i am so used to DDBonus that i think that i'll have a hard time learning the perfect strategy for another game.
Thanks again for your time.

Yeah, that's a bit of a tall order at 1000 hands/hr.
More importantly, OP says he is 98.5% accurate, but how much are the errors costing him in his return? Return due to errors should be higher than 99.5% of optimal return, ideally; I really couldn't care less about what his actual accuracy rate is.
The challenge looks like it's likely doable. OP only has to play $200k coin in, and he has a maximum of $10k to lose. As long as an overall return of 95%, he'll succeed. It's possible to run that bad over this stretch, but the odds aren't too likely. Unfortunately I don't have a setup right now to simulate multihand play. :(
