Specifically, which casinos in the "Vegas area" that aren't on the WoV maps (I believe the rule is that it doesn't get on the map if there's no hotel there as well) have table games where you can get casino chips?
I am under the impression that Joker's Wild and El Dorado do, but Emerald Island and Rainbow Club do not. It's not clear if Wildfire does or not.

Your impression is correct: Joker's Wild and El Dorado have table games; Emerald Island and the Rainbow Club do not.
I don't think any of the Wildfire locations have table games, but Wild Wild West has them.
Also, not included on the maps are The Fortune Club, The Klondike, The Lucky Club and Jerry's Nugget.
There might be a few others. As Nareed suggested, it would probably be worthwhile to look at Doc's chip index (or at another Vegas casino guide).

Yeah, the initial criteria was that it be listed on the hotel page, and have table games.
When I did those maps, I made an argument for Jokers Wild because it gets mentioned here so often, but got overruled. Ellis Island DID get approved because its attached to a hotel.
At the time there were a couple others that were added but Mike vetoed them saying he never heard of them. I pointed out that they're on HIS list...
Of course, the hotel criteria helped exclude Slots-O-Fun and O'Shea's, but those are both moot points now.
Anyway, I'd still like to add Jokers Wild. If I make the argument that there are only a few that could be added, and that we add them all, maybe it'll be ok.
I'm going to need to update it soon anyway: Downtown Grand, the D, the Quad, Gainesvoort. And Gold Spike is closed. Any other changes?

I invented a few casino games. Info:

Its probably best to have a listing that is comprehensive and even includes a few historical references marked: Imploded or Renamed.
