Junket in Vegas...help needed

Are there any junkets in Vegas where you can deposit a small amount of money and get free 2 nights room and perks like a fun book not based on play? Sunday through Thursday would be OK. Something good for the customer and traffic for the Casino.

I quit my job as a paralegal and am working for a marketing company that offers a free 2 night cruise and is going to add a Vegas junket.

Gee, I don't know if those still exist. Try some ethnic oriented travel agency, or timeshare marketing company.

Thanks for the input. I never thought that buying a timeshare was a good move so I would not point people in that direction. I tried Google but not much there. I might check out Anthony Curtis web site. He has a good reputation too. vegasinsider.com

You're going to have to look locally for a junket, but I don't expect there to be anything you are looking for, especially if you tell them you're just a warm body not wanting to gamble. The junkets are normally set up for 3 nights. Usually I here you have to pay the first time, then other trips are comped if you satisfy the costs.

I think that you are right. Just to fill a room and maybe buy food and gamble does not offer the Casino much but one Casino might offer something.

I do not want anything to do with a timeshare pitch. Too many other industries to be involved in.

How about the properties in Primm or Laughlin? Does it have to be Las Vegas? If you contact a hotel directly, I am sure there is someone on staff who coordinates these types of group requests.

I don't know where your clients would be traveling from BP, but the local papers in Los Angeles and other large cities in the southwest have ads for everything from 8 hour turnarounds to 3 day weekends to five day midweek deals. Perhaps your company could buy up all the seats on one of their trips and redistribute them?

Think about it. When you look at the numbers a majority of visitors to Vegas gamble nothing or little anymore. With the net, everyone would on something like this with no expectation of playing. Sorry, but times have changed.

Thanks but looking for a Casino Property and not transportation. Phone calls will go to all western states and just not L.A. area
