I didn't know it was Wynn v. Francis; I just thought Francis was making a claim.
So, Steve W. will add this to the other couple $1m's that Francis owes him from gambling?

Wynn has sued before to protect his reputation.
He hammered the publisher Lyle Stuart in a libel action.
It was overturned on appeal, and Wynn chose not to pursue.
That could happen here, too.

What are the chances of Wynn getting paid?  Close to zero I imagine.  Wynn has stated that Francis owes him something like $2.5 million in gambling debts.  Didn't Francis run into IRS problems too?
