Someone on Facebook posted a memo from Station Casinos president Scott Kreeger that says Stations is closing the casino "in order to reposition the property for future development":

Another Vegas casino I had never heard of before.

But, is this it? So it's a Wyndham Hotel too?

Given the convenient proximity to the strip and all the different weekly apartments directly in that area, it attracts all kinds of shady types. That area is fraught with prostitutes, pimps, and drug dealers. The stretch on Tropicana between the strip and The Orleans Casino is full of various adult shops as well. I do believe it's known as the hooker corridor.

Is the Wild Wild West property big enough for baseball?

Stations lost its bet on the Rio being torn down for a baseball stadium which is why it bought the Palms and took a bath on it.

I think so. It seems just a little bit smaller than the Allegiant Stadium. Might need to take out a couple neighboring buildings. And replace the truck stop across the street with a parking garage…

I hope they keep the lot lizards. I heard you can get spitballed their for $20.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.
