Skyline has the best straight-up video poker in Las Vegas. I always make it a point to stop and play there every trip. It is a small, dingy joint with a cafe, bar, and a bunch of coin dropper VP machines. There is no slot club. Their deuces wild game is full-pay with a return of 100.76% and you can bet up to $2.50 a hand.
I have hit the 4 deuces there for $500 twice now. The first time, I refused to tip on the handpay in principle. (They send *two* slot attendants over to you to make the handpay. Every other casino in the universe would not require a handpay for this jackpot). The second time, I was guiltripped by the woman next to me to make a tip, so I tipped $5.
