In what regard? Poor casino rules?

They are on the strip and learned from CZR & MGM, what do you expect? I agree huge opportunity if run properly but the casino has always been almost an afterthought.
Yes they really have not had much as far as good promotions. They hid the $100 loss rebate as much as possible, once you went to the players booth they pushed you to take the crappy free spin you had to specifically ask for the rebate, employees were told not to mention it. The hosts were very stingy with comps especially with the club. They did start to get better with free play and rooms but that was to late. They still charge to much.Quote: ams288In what regard? I agree on all counts. Lately they've been known for randomly sending out 2 night comp offers to low rollers, but I was never lucky enough to get one. I think I'm on their blacklist or something.
Cosmo is my favorite property, hotel-wise. I love those rooms and those balconies. But when I stay there I usually just walk next door and gamble at the Bellagio.
I really dislike the gaming layout @ Cosmo, but I really don't care for the Bellagio for some reason.Quote: ams288I agree on all counts.
