VIP Airport Roundtrip Transportation Question

Upon achieving Diamond Aspiration Level III a listed benefit is VIP Airport Roundtrip Transportation to and from the casino. I am going to Vegas for a video poker tournament and asked my host how to book this benefit and he told me it only applies to my annual trip. Seems kinda misleading that CZR lists this benefit on a separate line when it should be added as a sub-note under the annual trip benefit.

Is my host correct that we only get this benefit a single time? Has anyone used this benefit?

I haven't used it but I am pretty sure your host is correct; it only applies to your annual trip (the Level III annual trip).

FWIW, if you choose San Diego for your annual trip, they will comp you $200 towards a rental car since the casino is so far away from the airport.

I wonder what would happen if you called the Bellagio and said "Hi. This is Tyril. I have 80,000 total rewards tier credits and Caesars just pissed me off. Could you send a towncar to the airport to pick me up in 2 weeks?"

Not sure Bellagio would care but MGM might.

By the way, how many tier credits are we all at now for the year? I'm at 110,000.

While i was home the past week I crossed over twice ( Sat and Mon) and had zero problems either way. That included coming back into Canada Saturday with $320 in goods for a afternoon away shopping. Monday the US customs asked where I wanted to go...told him the IRS office downtown.... why>? to get my ITIN papers fixed up.....whats a ITIN? explained it to him and that I needed it to file my taxes as UNCLE SAM was holding MY money for me.... he laughed and wished me good luck getting it


As for Caesars that past week..... we were not impressed in the least.... some very poor service was had. Saturday night late the place was a mess... empty glasses and cups everywhere.,,, stuff dropped on floor all over the place. Food service in the sports book place was poor... order was wrong and my ribs were dried out

Monday at Greektown the service was much better

I was going to try to do it this year, now I'll have to wait until next year. I wish I had thought harder before paying off student loans early - could easily get there on 10x multiplier days at Harrah's AC before the end of the year, just don't have the roll to play that much right now.
