Heading to Vegas in Feb. Wife and I want to check out some loc al casinos this time.
I want to play some 1 dollar craps at Jokers Wild. What is the proper bet on place bets and odds at a 1 dollar table and what do they pay out?
I've only played on 5 dollar tables and and I know bets and payouts quite well.

Last I was there, they had 25c chips. As far as place bets go, you can bet $1.50 on the 6/8 or $1.25 on the 5/9 to win $1.75 or $1.25 to win $2.25 on the 4/10.
For odds, $1.25 on the 6/8 will win $1.50; Any amount divisible by 50c will work for the 5/9, and any amount will work for the 4/10.
I could be mistaken, but I think max odds is 2x, but you can go to $2.50 on the 6/8 (with a $1 line bet).
Note that the $1 game is only on weekdays. It is $2 on the weekend. Also, the dealers there are pretty green, so make sure to double check your payouts.

Thanks. I heard a rumor the 25c chips were gone, which would make payouts interesting.
Planning to go around lunchtime and enjoy a slow game with the locals. Let me savor my $100 for a while

Ruh-roh, my info may be out of date, then. If the 25c are indeed gone, you'd have to go to $6 or $5 to get a proper payout on all place bets and the 6/8 odds. Kinda defeats the purpose of it being a $1 table! You could still do line/come odds for $2 on the 5/9 or $1 on the 4/10.

I don't know that for sure, just what I heard.
I'll find out in 4 weeks.

I also heard the 25 cent chips were gone. (I don't know if they have 50 cent chips or use half dollars but it would be cool if they did.) Bottom line: being a one dollar table with 10x odds and a triple 12 field, it's still the Vegas Mecca for economy craps players.
One issue I had when there was that the table was running with only one dealer. There must have been 15 guys all crammed onto one wing. It was kind of comical.

Have you tried 22 tonight? I said 22.
