It would seem from the Aliante web site that they are no longer a Station casino. Does anyone know who owns it now?

Um....

It was already discussed here:
https://wizardofvegas.com/forum/off-topic/general/11780-aliante/

As I understand it, Stations was still managing it, but didn't own it. There hasn't been a recent ownership change. The management deal ended on 11/1.

Sorry, I missed the original post, which should have been filed under "Aliante Station." I'm on the s**t list with Station Casinos. Hopefully I can start with a clean slate at Aliente.

For further info on ownership try this download link to get the 11/5/12 version of NGCB list of non-restricted license holders. On pages 7 & 8, it shows that Aliante Gaming LLC is the license holder (and has been for some time, apparently since 2008), and the direct owner since November 2011 seems to be ALST Casino Holdco, LLC.

I am not clever enough to understand all of the corporation-owning-a-corporation stuff and who the real owners are. As of this past July 26, the "Beneficial Owner-Controlling Beneficial Owners" of ALST Casino Holdco became ASLT Casino Voteco I LLC and ALST Casino Voteco II LLC.

Whatever that really means.

Also on that July date, there were some changes in management, including a new manager, new CEO-Secretary, and a new President-Treasurer. Then on November 1, there were a bunch of changes in the "Key Employee" category, including removing references to "Station" and "Fertitta".

If you download the linked document, perhaps you can understand this stuff better than I do.

Edit: My August version of that document showed that Aliante Gaming LLC was dba Aliante Station Casino + Hotel. The November version shows them dba Aliante Casino + Hotel. I don't have any of the interim versions, so I cannot be certain that this was a November 1 change.

What do you mean by this? I am still on their "VIP" list, and they treat me fairly well. Did you get booted for counting?

Reviving this thread just to ask about new chips at the Aliante Casino and Hotel.

The NGCB Chip and Token Report for November, which was issued earlier this week, notes that a few new chips were approved for Aliante (without the Station name), but these were only roulette chips and no-cash-value chips. I will try to keep an eye out for a report that new "regular" chips have been approved, but if anyone sees such chips, or hears that they are in play, I would appreciate a shout out.
