I know the expected loss at Crazy 4 Poker is 3.4% when making the ante-play-queens up bet. What is the percentage if you only play the ante & play bets and do not play the Queens up bet?

it's actually 3.418% for ante + play + super bonus. those are all required bets. The queens up is optional and is about 3% to 5% depending on the paytable for that bet.
