I just went into Bovada and played Let It Ride with paybacks of 1000/200/100/50/17/7/5/3/2/1/1 and lost $200 in 10 minutes. It appeared to have paybacks much better than the "normal" Let It Ride casino game. What is the overall odds of this payback table? Thanks! Don

Can't give specifics, but I've found Let It Ride to be downright brutal-- the other day, I was playing on Bovada in practice mode and went just about 50 hands without a win of any size. (I say 'just about' since I don't recall exactly where I was, but it was probably close to 47 or so when I finally got a high pair.)

Are you sure that's right? Because I just went in, and I got just the Wizard's Table 1. Better to play VP anyway; that's basically what LIR is, live VP with a steeper edge.
The trick to poker is learning not to beat yourself up for your mistakes too much, and certainly not too little, but just the right amount.
