I should also say, my brokers won't allow me to do these trades ONLINE, however, one may be able to phone in an order or in person. Somehow, I suppose brokers think limiting your online capabilities would limit the brokers risks.

Your welcome, but I'm no pro, but I'll try some basics...

Thank you! Such a good answer that I don't have a follow-up.

There is no such thing as options on the OTC. Once again, forget everything you think you know about big board stocks when dealing with the OTC.

As for who is buying, there is a cult following of bagholders now stuck trying to average down.

Buy low sell high.

In this instance wouldn't "buy low sell Ahigh" be more appropriate? lol.

Now this would be a good math problem for Wizard. The facade of averaging down in penny stocks is a mantra that unscrupulous paid promoters use to get the uneducated to keep buying a scam stock until nothing is left and the company is gone. Pig promoters say to average down by continuing to buy the stock when it dips and then you should sell when it raises.

In penny scams the price NEVER comes back. Example:
You bought 1 million shares @ .0001 in january at a cost of 100. and that's where your account was sitting at when the company did a 1000 for 1 reverse split. Leaving you with 1000 shares @ .10. Which is the post pps on market open. This also brings in a phony market capital indicator pump. Now in less than a week when your stock has settled, the pps has dived to .05 or you lost 50% of your post account balance. Come the pumpers telling you to buy more shares and average down (you're supposed to SELL these shares, but people never do either) So called averaging down may work with real companies on real exchanges because their stock actually goes up and stays up for periods at a time and people can sell the new stock into the market and make back some percentages of loss.
Pinks just keep small pops but go straight down in a short time.

Maybe Wizard can play with the math about buying stock that's dropping and trying to recoup money with the stock still dropping and never going back up. It's a lie and a mirage in penny stock.

BTW - just saw where ntek is in very bad court trouble this week. Multiple cases are now being published to the net.

More bad news for nanotech. Seems to be a major judgement coming up for ntek at the end of September.
there's only 2 people even remotely left with nanotech and they both have to be in court at that time. It has been proven that not only is ntgl totally defunct and gone, there's a business already in the old ntgl space not associated with nanotech and 4K studios are no longer in business and there's a new business in 4K's old space, also not associated in any way with nanotech. Nanotech leased the media computers and director machine from lazergraphics I believe and this will no doubt be another lawsuit if the machines are not sent back.

Remember, the 4K studios was supposed to be producing and supplying the content for ultraflix. Ultraflix has disappeared from almost all platforms that are advertised on the nanotech entertainment website.

Nanotech has not updated any content in a year, including updating any nanotech company website in over a year.

The brain dead paid promoter Wong has also quit some time ago. Wongs stupidity hurt nanotech more than helped them. Wongs quitting is about the only positive thing to happen to nanotech in years. Actually, I think nanotech stiffed wong as well.

The shorter answer is who didn't nanotech stiff for fees and money due.
