I think I understand Penny stocks.

So does the average person trading them, often reporting to others that "penny stocks are more affordable."

Those people wouldn't be wrong that they are more affordable.

And even that is changing with fractional shares.

On Robinhood you can buy any dollar amount of a stock regardless of the share price, $1 minimum.

That's pretty cool
I bought one whole share of Amazon
It was expensive
Over 3k for 1 measley share.
No doubt the Dawg is a regular on Robinhood. It's perfect for his minimal investments

A friend of mine was telling me all about a stock that costs $0.0025 a share that she is excited about. She said, "just think how much we will make when it gets to $5 a share." The company is currently valued at about $300,000 with roughly a billion shares outstanding.

A quite revealing opinionated statement directed at an inanimate object. Thanks for the insight into how you think.

So, are you getting 3 free and room and board soon along with foley?

Twice/three times working for him even after his first prison term proves you are fully aware of culpability.
Coming back here isn't the most wisest thing for you, at least to post and insult on the ntek board. Then again, I acknowledge the source.

good luck.

I think I understand Penny stocks. My issue with them isthatthere is so little regulation and oversight that they can make all sorts of false claims with very little consequence.

I also may be bitter because I had close to a million stock options in a company and the stock got as high as $0.48 and went to zero in about 30 days and I got $0.

There was time to sell, did you hold and think it's going to a dollar.
Because that's the lie all penny scam ceo and promoters pump because they know greed or inexperience sells.

There's the other reasons that if you're a retail, you may not be able to trade within the settlement dates and brokers punish us for trading otcm stocks. But if there was a month of time, then the decision was likely on you and you just held too long.
You're not alone.
