I read the patent and his 10 reasons why he thinks the patent is the next best thing and don't agree with it at all. I think he's asking 200 million for the rights. I'd be surprised if he ever makes a dollar off of it. As a 20+ year poker player and 5+ year poker room manager, I'd have no interest in it even if it was free.

To paraphrase Inigo Montoya, "I do not think it means what he thinks it means." Based on an initial reading of the claims, live poker room games aren't covered because the cards aren't dealt by a "system". I think the patent is directed toward e-tables.
