Heh. Concerning the machines in the OP, does the general concept remind anyone else of those carnival games where you use a squirt gun to hit a target? The first player to pop a balloon or maybe move a "horse"/"car" across the finish line wins a stuffed animal. You need a minimum number of players, so a family or group of friends might all play since one of them will win. Often at the last moment, however, a shark kid shows up (he's been watching and waiting) to join and win the prize.

Where has Circus Circus been? They could have been running this game since the days when Sean Connery's James Bond was tracking diamond smugglers through the casino and never mind the 21st century tech.
