Are you allowed the have your Royal draw multiplied and actually be allowed to win? For example you get a 5x multiplier and a 3 card Royal draw. Do we keep the Royal? Or is it programmed to only allow a certain max win so it’s dead for that

Yes the royals on regular Super Times Pay are allowed to win and multiply.
Strategy in STP is the same as conventional video poker, so in the case of a 3 card royal draw if that was the best cards to hold you would hold it.
