Question about CET rewards

So, with for the 3x (for diamond) RC days, would the NSUD game be slightly EV positive?

normal rate of RC gain is 1RC/10$
so in comp dollars 0.3% for 3x
NSUD is 99.73
therefore if comp dollars are worth 1$ per 100 then
EV=100.03%
(for Seven stars that would be 100.13% [iff you value comp dollars])
Now the question is (I'm sure the right answer is out there in an article, but i'm not sure where at the moment) with the ability to do this:

Yes, Jean Scott, who is now in Georgia, has alluded to this in the past. You should also get some mailers. Of course, if you are too positive, the casino reserves the right to no-mail you. Aside from violating casino rules, I've never heard of anyone disinvited from multipliers or anything similar since the base games at Caesars casinos are usually so poor.

My RC’s are 100=$1 cash via my Caesars online NY Sportsbook. I probably have to bet it at least once to actually cash it out. But since I bet way more on their +EV opportunities anyway the required betting is a non factor.

Biggest problem is $5 NSUD is probably 100k bankroll required for 100.03% (or 7* 100.13%)
