Return on this Deuces Wild ddb game?

Saw this at Ocean casino:

1) what's the return on this?

Second: Your natural quad values seem to be before dividing by 5, right? So they would be 50, 80, 160, 160, and 400. And I assume the natural Royal pays 800. Both are hard to tell with the partial view of the pay table. Assuming they should be divided by 5 and the Royal is 800, the EVs are 0.91499765760089 and 0.92353021085813, respectively.

However, I'm betting the 3K pays 1.2 (again, the pay table is cut-off so we can't tell what the 6-coin payouts are). If so, the EVs are a more reasonable 0.96220654427623 and 0.97084169622596, respectively.

Hopefully he was incorrect about all natural quads paying exactly like DDB. This game paid more for some premium quads at the location I saw it.

I would have definitely have taken a picture of the entire paytable.
