contradiction between IGT and WoO about Powerhouse Poker...

Hi,
The analysis table for 3,3,4,10 Bonus Deuces Wild at the WoO site (not allowed to post link) shows a return to player of 0.992212, which is the highest of any variant listed, and the only return equal to or exceeding .99.
Whereas the IGT brochure here lists a payback range of 95.4-98.9% (also not allowed to post link, for some reason has higher google placement on my phone than on my desktop).
Anyone know who's right here?
