I am looking for computer software to help me with learning perfect strategy for VP. I've looked at a few different ones but I don't have a clue as to what is best. What suggestions do you have or what software are you using?

If you want free, go with Frugal Video Poker.

Video Poker for Winners is not free but it has a nice "test" mode that gives you increasingly "tricky" hands which reduces the learning curve.
