I use the Wizard's "cheat sheet" with great success in Jacks or Better video poker.
I was wondering...Since certain 4 of a kind hands pay a big bonus with an Ace kicker... e.g., 4 deuces with the Ace...If dealt 3 deuces and an Ace, should you
keep the Ace or discard it? I see that either play has advantages.

Depends on which game you're talking about.
If the game is triple double bonus, bonus deuces wild, double bonus deuces wild, yes, hold the Ace.
If it's double double bonus, then no, don't hold a kicker.

Use the Wizard's strategy sheets for each specific game.

I don't see where the Wizard has addressed this particular situation...Ordinarily, if dealt three of a kind, it's a no-brainer.
Keep the three and draw two, hoping for 4 of a kind or a full house. The question is what to do when one of the other 2 is an Ace,
which, if you draw four of a kind, creates a huge bonus on many machines.

What are you playing? This discussion is not meaningful without a common understanding of a paytable (and thus game rules).
Every rule change requires a different strategy. There are many rule variants, and there are many strategies.
May the cards fall in your favor.
