VP Bankroll mgmt?

so I started playing VP ($1 9/6 JoB) again.
I've noticed a couple of 7Star diamomds have this bankroll mgmt:
put a $100 in. whenever they are up above $100, cash out even if it's the 1st hand.
put in another $100. Rinse/repeat.
they bring $2000.
when they are out of $100 bills, they cash all the tickets and leave.
one of them told me that she has cashed out twenty $105 tickets a few times.
What do you think of this bankroll mgmt?

Sounds like a typical betting system.

Also sounds like a system that it would be somewhat difficult to be a big winner and grind enough coin to be a 7 star.

I play a lot of 100 play video poker and I do something similar. If I know I am going to be playing a lot to meet a coin in target I will usually take a large bankroll of $100 bills. I will pop in 2 $100 bills and I cash out when I am over $600 on the credit meter. I then put in another 2 $100 bills. I would rather have lots of TITO tickets in my pocket instead of $5000 in cash.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.
