I was at the casino today checking for multipliers.

the bank of machines were multi-denom (.25/.50/$1) multi-line (3/5/10x).
but the same cards appeared at same multi-line no matter the denom.

ie:
I saw one hand at .25 deuces wild 5x play with 2 wilds, 2 queens, and a 7 (no multiplier).
checked .50 5x play and the same hand. same with $1.
in fact all 5 hands at .25 were identical at .50 and $1.

What gives?
Craps is paradise (Pair of dice). Lets hear it for the SpeedCount Mathletes :)

It will show the same cards (the last hand played at any denom) but the multipliers will be right for the different denoms.

Some denominations are controlled by the same chip. When you are on the main menu of a VP machine, try changing the denomination a few times. Going from 5-cents to 10-cents to 20-cents may not result in any noticeable change. When you try 25-cents, you will likely see the screen change. It's a kind of hiccup as if you are waiting for the CPU to process something that's a little more strenuous. Usually 50-cents will mimic 25-cents, but you will see another blip when you change to 1-dollar. That blip or hiccup means that you have "jumped" to a different chip, and thus a different set of cards given by a separate RNG result. As far as I have seen while checking for multipliers, I have never had multipliers disappear on one denomination after being played off on another.
It’s a dog eat dog world. …Or maybe it’s the other way around!
