I've never seen it in person, but have seen it on vpFREE:

According to vpFREE, the 8/5 paytable pictured above returns 96.48%.

Interesting game. Never seen it offered in the US though. Only seen Double Double Bonus Plus, which is definitely different than that.

Quote: WizardI just noticed this game at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Here is an picture of the pay table. Click on it for a larger version.
Has anyone else seen this before?
I've never seen it before but it looks like it is a takeoff of ACE$ Bonus Poker which was a bonus poker game where you had to line the four aces up to spell ACE$. The Wiz has the game on his site.
In the late nineties I remember two big bankrolled pros who chased a dollar 7/5 ACE$ Bonus Poker Progressive at the Edgewater in Laughlin. One of the pros was a friend of mine and Axel knows him. His first name starts with an R. Anyways, the frequency for lining up the 4 ACES that spelled ACE$ was over 300,000. But the progressive was over $100,000. They made an agreement to play it in their spare time and tracked each others play by their slots cards. It took them a few months but they snapped it off.

Probably deserves it's own thread. I posted the details of my Princess cruise recently. Although I didn't list the paytables, the majority of Jacks or Better games were 6/5.

Okay, I hope you guys are happy. This game took three days to analyze. Because the position of the cards matter, I had to score 57,407,703,889,536,000 hands. By brute force, this would have taken about 700 years of computer time. I put in quite a few shortcuts to get that down to about 12 minutes.
That said, please visit my new page on Double Bonus Poker Plus.
By the way, the Hard Rock in Punta Cana used the 6-5 pay table (94.37%) on the 25-cent and $1 denominations. 7-5 (95.43%) on $2 and 8-5 (96.49%) on $5.

Hopefully other video poker games were typically better than these payouts there?
